Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited has submitted its annual corporate governance compliance report for the fiscal year 2081/82 to the Nepal Securities Board (SEBON). The submission follows the requirements of the Corporate Governance Directives for Listed Organized Institutions, 2074.
The bank’s Board of Directors approved the report during its 517th meeting held on Magh 04, 2082. The report was duly certified by an auditor before being officially presented to the board to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
