Hydroelectricity Investment And Development Company Ltd. (HIDCL) has appointed Chartered Accountant Mr. Thakur Prasad Adhikari as the company’s auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. The decision was made during the 338th meeting of the Board of Directors held on 27 Magh 2082.
The appointment follows the decision of the 14th Annual General Meeting and consultations with the Office of the Auditor General. The auditor’s fee has been fixed at Rs. 5 Lakh, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT).
