The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has issued a final notice to 15 construction companies and suppliers recommended for blacklisting by various government agencies. These firms, including BKOI-DHULIKHEL JV, Anup Construction, and others, were previously asked to submit a written explanation within 30 days but failed to do so. This notice serves as a final call for them to defend their case before formal blacklisting occurs.
The listed companies must submit their written explanations with supporting evidence within 7 days from the publication date of Falgun 6, 2081. This action is taken under Rule 141 (4C) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. The recommendations for blacklisting came from several public entities, including various Road Divisions and Municipalities across Nepal.
