SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Co. Ltd. has appointed Mr. P.L. Shrestha & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its external auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. This decision was made during the company’s 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Poush 30, 2082, at Hotel Harrison Palace in Biratnagar.
The company officially notified the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) regarding this appointment on Magh 26, 2082. The appointed firm will be responsible for handling all audit-related tasks for the specified financial year.
