Shivam Cements Ltd. has successfully deposited 2.5% bonus shares into the demat accounts of its shareholders. This follows the decision from the company’s 10th Annual General Meeting held on 25 Mangsir 2078. The bonus shares have been credited starting from 05 Falgun 2078 to those holding electronic shares at the time of book closure.

Shareholders holding physical shares are requested to dematerialize them to receive the bonus shares automatically. Furthermore, investors who have not received cash dividends from previous years should update their bank details in their demat accounts.
