Shikhar Power Development Limited has completed the allotment of 9.8 Lakh units of ordinary shares for the project-affected residents of Baglung district. The issue, managed by Global IME Capital Limited, was finalized on Magh 29, 2082. A total of 2,467 valid applicants from Badigad Rural Municipality and Dhorpatan Municipality were successfully allotted shares at a par value of Rs 100 each.\n\nThe share subscription period was open from Kartik 06 to Kartik 21, 2082. The offering was oversubscribed by 1.79 times, collecting a total amount of 17.62 Crore. Out of 2,489 total applicants, 22 were disqualified, and the final 9.8 Lakh kitta shares were distributed among the eligible local residents according to the approved allotment module.
