Shangri-la Development Bank Limited has issued a 21-day notice for the auction of properties belonging to several defaulting borrowers. The bank is selling movable and immovable assets that were kept as collateral after the borrowers failed to repay their loans and interest despite repeated reminders. The auction will be conducted through a confidential sealed bid process for properties located in various districts including Jumla, Nawalparasi, Ramechhap, and Rupandehi.

Interested bidders must submit their sealed bids to the bank’s office by Falgun 25, 2082, during office hours. Bidders are required to deposit 10% of their total bid amount as a security deposit into the bank’s designated account. The sealed bids will be opened on the following day, Falgun 26, 2082, at 11:00 AM at the bank’s office.
