Salt Trading Corporation Ltd. has proposed a 10 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the accumulated profits of the fiscal year 2081/082. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on Magh 28, 2081.
The total proposed dividend value is approximately Rs. 3.20 Crore. This includes bonus shares worth Rs. 3.04 Crore and a cash amount of Rs. 16.03 Lakh designated for tax purposes.
