The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has blacklisted seven construction and supply companies starting from Falgun 13, 2082. This decision follows a meeting on Falgun 12 under the Public Procurement Act, 2063. During the blacklisting period, these firms are strictly prohibited from participating in any government bidding or procurement processes.
Four companies including Dimensional Construction, Chure Construction, Jagatisingh Construction, and Quality Solution Company are blacklisted for one year. Three other firms, namely Shri Shri Star Construction, New Rohit Traders, and G.B. Metal Craft Industries, face a blacklist period of one year and six months. These recommendations came from various government entities like the Nepal Army, Nepal Telecom, and local municipalities.
