Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has issued a 35-day public notice for its borrowers to settle their outstanding loan amounts. This notice applies to individuals who have defaulted on their regular payments despite repeated reminders from the institution.

Borrowers and their guarantors are required to pay the full principal amount and interest within 35 days from the date of this notice, published on 19 Magh 2081. If the payment is not made, the microfinance institution will auction off the collateral or recover the debt by seizing other personal properties of the concerned parties according to the law.
