NIC ASIA Bank Limited has announced a 7-day public notice for the auction of movable and immovable properties belonging to two defaulting borrowers. The bank has decided to sell these collateral assets because the borrowers, Saurabh Chhapa Suna and New Puja Sa: Mill, failed to clear their outstanding dues within the previously allotted timeframes. The assets up for auction include land parcels located in Mahottari and Dhanusha districts, as well as hypothecated goods and receivables.
Interested individuals, companies, or organizations must submit their sealed bid applications to the bank’s Debt Recovery Department in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, within seven days of this announcement. Bid forms can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. The submitted bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the first working day following the submission deadline.
