NIC ASIA Bank’s 649th board meeting held on Magh 29, 2082, has decided not to distribute any dividends to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82. During the meeting, the board approved the bank’s financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow reports for the period ending Ashad 2082.\n\nThe bank will now submit these audited financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for final approval.
This decision has been formally communicated to the Nepal Stock Exchange to inform all concerned stakeholders.
