Manjushree Finance Limited, Bhairahawa branch, has issued a 35-day public notice for the repayment of overdue loans. The notice is addressed to Shree Kumari Realty Pvt. Ltd. and its guarantors, who have failed to settle their debts despite repeated reminders via phone, SMS, and letters.
The concerned parties must pay the outstanding principal, interest, and penalties within 35 days from the notice publication date of 13 Falgun 2082. Failure to comply will lead to the auction of collateral properties and the blacklisting of the borrowers and guarantors in accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank directives and the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 2073.
