Manjushree Finance Limited has announced the auction of collateral properties through a sealed bid process. The auction is being held because borrowers including Shree Padhneri Kirana Store, Ram Prasad Sunar, and Raj Kumari Sunar failed to repay their loan principal and interest despite multiple reminders. The properties offered for auction are located in Ward 21 and Ward 29 of Pokhara Metropolitan City, Kaski district.
Interested individuals or organizations can purchase bid forms for Rs. 500 from the finance company’s central office in Thapthali or its Pokhara branch. The sealed bids must be submitted within seven days of the notice publication, with the deadline being Falgun 03, 2081. The bids will be opened on the same day at 4:30 PM at the central office in Thapthali, Kathmandu.
