NIC ASIA Capital Limited has completed the allotment of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) for Hotel Forest Inn Limited. A total of 40 Lakh units of shares, priced at Rs. 100 each, were issued. After setting aside shares for foreign workers, mutual funds, and employees, 33.20 Lakh units were available for the general public and have been distributed via a lottery system today, Falgun 04, 2082.
The public subscription was open from Magh 22 to Magh 26, 2082. Following the verification of applications, 3,32,000 successful applicants were chosen to receive 10 units of shares each. Investors can check their results on the websites of NIC ASIA Capital or the CDSC IPO portal.
