Citizens Bank International Limited has announced a seven-day notice for the auction of collateral assets belonging to Panday Enterprises and its proprietors. The bank is taking this action because the borrowers, including Amul Kumar Panday and Nathu Singh Panday, failed to repay their SME and local product overdraft loans despite multiple public and private notifications.
The auction will be held on Falgun 12, 2082, at 4:00 PM at the bank’s Gopinagar branch in Nawalparasi. Interested individuals must submit sealed tenders along with a 10% earnest money deposit. The auction includes land and buildings located in Guthi Suryapura, Nawalparasi, and the bank reserves the right to acquire the property if no suitable bids are received.
