Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has issued a public notice giving its defaulting borrowers and guarantors a 35-day deadline to clear their outstanding loan amounts. This notice applies to several individuals and businesses listed across various branches including Itahari, Lahan, Inaruwa, and others who have failed to meet their financial obligations despite previous reminders.
The bank warns that if the full amount, including interest and other charges, is not paid within 35 days from 27th Magh 2081, legal measures will be taken. These actions include blacklisting the borrowers and guarantors according to Nepal Rastra Bank regulations and auctioning the mortgaged properties to recover the debt.
